Joseph Bovino, Esq. is an attorney and brand integration specialist with almost 20 years of practical experience in entertainment transactions, intellectual property, and complex business litigation.

Joseph is a partner at Brand-Aide Entertainment Group, a leading brand integration and endorsements consultancy. He is also President of Business Affairs Group, a multimedia entertainment law firm specializing in film, television, music, sports, and new media. Previously, Joseph served as general counsel of Hollywood Studios International and Doc Hollywood Records, international licensing advisor to the Los Angeles Regional Technology Alliance and the State of California’s Office of Strategic Technology, anti-counterfeiting counsel for brands at Richland & Associates and TAG24, director of business development for the Patent & License Exchange, litigation associate at the California law firm of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, senior counsel at Ernst & Young, and analyst for IPD Analytics, an intellectual property consultancy serving institutional investors. More recently, Joseph founded Lincoln Road Pictures, a Miami-based television and motion picture production company.

Joseph received his J.D. and master’s degree in international relations from the University of Southern California in 1989 and is admitted to practice law in California, Florida, and Washington, D.C.
